Promoter

• This promotion ("Giveaway") is organized and operated by XGIMI, with its registered office at FLAT 1503 15/F CARNIVAL COMMERCIAL BUILDING 18 JAVA ROAD NORTH POINT HK.
• By participating in this Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are not eligible to participate or do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not participate in this promotion.

Promotional Period

• The XGIMI Giveaway runs from October 8, 2026, through October 20, 2026.
• Entries submitted outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

• This Giveaway is open to individuals 18 years of age or older who reside in eligible regions served by participating XGIMI websites in Europe and North America, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
• Eligible countries and shipping destinations are subject to XGIMI’s applicable Shipping Policy: https://eu.xgimi.com/pages/shipping-policy
• The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Giveaway Details

1. How to Enter
• To enter, participants must subscribe to the XGIMI Giveaway during the Promotional Period by submitting a valid email address through the official campaign sign-up form.
• No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
• A purchase, pre-order, or any other transaction will not increase the chances of winning.
• Entry is confirmed once the participant receives a “Successfully Entered” confirmation message on the sign-up form.
• Each person is limited to one (1) entry, regardless of the number of email addresses used.
• Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

2. Winner Selection & Announcement
• XGIMI will randomly select four (4) winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
• The prizes consist of:
    • One (1) HORIZON 30 Pro
    • Three (3) Vibe One projectors
• One selected winner will receive a HORIZON 30 Pro, and three other selected winners will each receive one (1) Vibe One projector.
• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Winners will be announced on this page on October 28, 2026, and will also be notified via the email address used to enter the Giveaway.
• XGIMI may request additional information from selected winners to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.

3. Prize Redemption
• Winners will receive an email with instructions on how to claim their prize.
• Winners may be required to provide shipping or additional information reasonably necessary to fulfill the prize delivery.
• No purchase or payment is required to claim a prize, except for any taxes, duties, or other charges that are legally imposed on the winner and cannot lawfully be paid by XGIMI. • If a selected winner does not respond within [7] days of the first notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete the required claim process, XGIMI may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, where permitted by applicable law.

4. Prize Availability
• Prizes are subject to availability.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product, except where required by applicable law.
• If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond XGIMI’s reasonable control, XGIMI may substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

General Terms

1. Entry Limitations
• Participation is limited to one (1) entry per person.
• Each eligible participant may win no more than one (1) prize.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

2. Fraud Prevention
• XGIMI reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraud, abuse, manipulation, automated entry, or any other unauthorized activity.
• XGIMI may reject entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, technically invalid, or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

3. Modifications & Cancellation
• XGIMI may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.
• Any material changes to the Giveaway will be communicated through the official campaign page or other appropriate means where required by applicable law.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

• XGIMI is not responsible for technical failures, network interruptions, website or form errors, delayed or undelivered emails, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation or prize fulfillment.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XGIMI will not be liable for losses or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Privacy & Legal

• XGIMI will collect and process participants’ personal information for purposes including administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and arranging prize fulfillment.

• If participants choose to subscribe to XGIMI’s marketing communications through the designated Giveaway sign-up form, they may receive XGIMI emails, including promotional and marketing communications, in accordance with their preferences, applicable law, and XGIMI’s Privacy Policy. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in such communications, subject to applicable law.

• This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
