Ich muss sagen, ich kannte bis vor 3-4 Jahren Xgimi nicht. Mir ist damals bei Amazon neben den vielen Billig-Beamer plötzlich der Xgimi H2 sehr positiv aufgefallen. Alle Angaben waren angegeben mit Normwerten (ISO) und das äußere Design und auch das Harman Kardon Lautsprechersystem hat mir auf Anhieb gefallen. Das setzte sich dann weiter fort und mittlerweile bin ich ein richtiger Fan von Xgimi geworden; habe mir den 4K Horizon Pro und nun auch den Ultra geholt. Das Design ist einzigartig, auch die Homepage ist hervorragend aufgebaut. Keine Schreibfehler u. dgl. alles sehr professionell aufgebaut!
Auch den Support musste ich wegen der eARC- und CEC-Funktion mal in Anspruch nehmen; auch da wurde mir sehr bemüht und mit ernsthaften Vorschlägen weitergeholfen. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man nicht für blöd gehalten wird, wenn man behauptet, man habe alles schon ausprobiert. Man bekommt keine Standardantworten, sondern wirklich professionelle Antworten. Ich kann die Fa. Xgimi absolut weiterempfehlen, konnte auch schon meinen Bruder davon überzeugen….

As good as I thought

I bought the product through an other distributor so I received the « old » cable to link the projector to the electrical plug so I couldn’t use the stand properly. I call the XGIMI support and the lady was really helpful and I didn’t have to pay anything for the new cable. And the quality is style the same than with the other cable. We can really relie on this company.
Ps try to find a way or to work with an other company to use the hot air from ventilation of the projector to transform it in cold air for summertime 😉 if you can managed this well throw would be the ultimate product 😅

I bought this product last month. Picture quality is excellent. If you are new in projector using, you need to spend a bit time to reach the best settings for your eyes. In my case Disney+ works perfectly, I can only complain about Netflix. Sound quality is not bad, but i was expecting the bass to be better. Probably I would buy a sound bar soon.
